Processing Times
Miss Behavior Glow Braid orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Wisconsin, USA. All other items may be shipped from either Miss Behavior or one of our partners, in various locations.

Processing time: Up to 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders containing items by brand partners or third-party suppliers may have slightly longer processing times. Estimated timelines shown at checkout or in the product description take precedence.

Made-to-order or custom pieces: We will confirm the expected processing time at the time of order. Pre-orders for special drops will be listed in the item description. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates calculated at checkout may be based on weight, size, and destination. If you order multiple items and they are shipping from different locations or warehouses, you may be offered multiple shipping options and your packages may arrive separately. Delivery estimates reflect transit time after shipment and do not include processing time.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Includes:

Standard (3 – 7 business days) – via USPS or UPS Ground

Expedited (2 – 3 business days) – via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day

Express (1 – 2 business days) – available on most items
International Shipping
We do not currently offer standard international checkout nor does Miss Behavior ship to the European Union or United Kingdom through standard checkout. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Availability, pricing, and policies will be confirmed before purchase. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. International orders accepted outside the United States by request are considered final sale unless otherwise required by law. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 48 hours for carrier scans to appear after your label has been created.
Preorders & Festival Releases
Limited “drop” or preorder items will show estimated ship windows in the product description. Purchasing preorder items along with other in-stock items may be held until the preorder items is ready so they can be shipped together.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. While Miss Behavior is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we're always happy to assist with carrier claims or documentation where possible.
If your order appears lost or stolen:

Verify your shipping address.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Contact the carrier to open a missing-mail claim.
We’ll always do our best to help you locate your order but cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages.
Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Email us at info@missbehavior.life within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Split Shipments
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, some orders may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that occurs.
Holiday & Event Delays
During major holidays, festival seasons, or product launches, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer. Please know that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons do not cause qualification for refunds simply due to the external delay; therefore we encourage your to please plan accordingly for time-sensitive orders.
