🎨 Can I request custom Glow Braids to match my outfit or vibe?

Absolutely. Miss Behavior specializes in custom Glow Braids designed around your outfit, color story, festival energy, or creative vision.

We offer multiple levels of customization, from simple color matching to fully elevated statement looks with extra glitz, glam, charms, specialty accents, and light-up details.

💡 How do LED Glow Braids work?

Our Glow Braids feature miniature LED light strands woven into high-quality synthetic braiding hair for an illuminated, festival-ready look.

Each glowing braid is battery-powered, lightweight, and designed for stylish, comfortable wear. The switch is discreetly hidden within the hairstyle for a seamless appearance.

🔋 Are batteries included?

Yes. Your Glow Braids arrive ready to shine.

Most styles use compact coin-style batteries or similar specialty batteries. Battery life typically ranges from approximately 24–72 hours of active glow time depending on the style, usage, and brightness settings.  For multi-day festivals or extended wear, we recommend bringing a fresh backup set just in case, which is why we include an extra set of batteries for you in each custom glow braid purchase.

💦 What if my Glow Braids get wet?

Glow Braids are water-resistant, meaning light rain or minor moisture exposure should not cause issues.

They are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Submersion may damage the battery components, lighting elements, or the integrity of the hairstyle.

Shipping & Delivery

📦 How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio within 1–3 business days.

Custom Glow Braids and personalized creations generally ship within approximately 7–15 business days after order details, customization requests, and payment have been finalized.  Need it immediately?  We do offer a rush processing option at the time of order.

Curated Partner Pieces may ship on different timelines depending on the item, brand partner, and fulfillment location. Estimated shipping information is provided on applicable product pages whenever possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

If you need an item by a specific date, please DM us before ordering at @missbehavior.shop so we can help confirm the best option.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not fully available yet, but it is something we are actively working toward as the Miss Behavior community grows.

If you are traveling internationally to attend a U.S.-based festival or event, we may be able to ship directly to your hotel, Airbnb, or temporary accommodations.

In some cases, festival hand-delivery may also be available for events attended by the Miss Behavior team.

Returns & Support

🧾 What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted, wearable, intimate, custom, and special-occasion nature of many Miss Behavior pieces, most orders are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

That said, we want you to love your Miss Behavior experience. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out so we can review the situation and help where possible.

💥 My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please email us or DM us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video showing the issue.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, that may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another resolution.

🎪 Will Miss Behavior be attending any festivals or events?

Yes. Miss Behavior regularly attends select festivals, pop-ups, brand activations, and rave community events throughout the year.

Current and planned appearances may include events such as EDC Las Vegas, Force Fields, Electric Forest, North Coast Music Festival, and EDC Orlando.
