Refund policy

We strive to provide unique quality items that will make you happy.  Because our items are custom-made, intended for intimate personal use, or shipped from our trusted partners, we accept returns in limited circumstances.

Making it Right
Should an unfortunate situation come up where you find your item defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request photo or video of the item, and to replace the item with the intended purchase in excellent condition, or to refund the price paid for the purchase, not including shipping charges, at our discretion.  We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders that are currently under chargeback or payment dispute review.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. 

Non-Returnable Items: Custom, made-to-order, personalized items (including Glow Braids); intimate items (including underwear, lingerie bottoms, bodysuits worn against the skin, and adult novelty or personal-use products for hygiene and safety reasons); and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.  Exceptions apply only in cases of defect or fulfillment error.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.  Delivery date is determined by carrier tracking information.  To start a return request, you can contact us at info@MissBehavior.Life.  If your request to begin a return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  We will then notify you once we've received and inspected your return and tell you our determination on your refund request.  All return determinations are made at Miss Behavior's sole discretion in accordance with this policy.
